Your use of the Services is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

Data We Collect

Privacy is central to our operations, and we prioritize transparency. We do not maintain user accounts or collect personal data such as your name or IP address. When you interact with the Services, we collect only:

  • Publicly-Available Blockchain Data: When you connect your non-custodial blockchain wallet to the Services, we log your publicly-available blockchain address to learn about your use of the Services and screen for prior illicit activity using intelligence from leading blockchain analytics providers. Blockchain addresses are publicly available data not created or assigned by us or any central party and are not personally identifying on their own.
  • LocalStorage and Tracking Technologies: We and our third-party service providers may access and collect information from localStorage, mobile device ID, cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to personalize the Services for you across sessions. This information helps us remember tokens you interact with and understand your preferences and usage patterns. Data collected may include browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, device or browser language, and other device information.
  • Information from Other Sources: We may receive information about your wallet address or transactions from service providers to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent or illicit activities.
  • Survey or Usability Information: If you participate in a survey or usability study, we will record any biographical information you provide (e.g., name, email, job title), your responses, and your interactions with the Services.
  • Correspondence: We will collect communications and information you provide directly via email, customer support, social media, or other support channels (e.g., Twitter or Discord) and through surveys or questionnaires.
  • Biographical Information: If you apply for a job, we collect information provided through our Jobs form, including name, email, phone number, work and immigration status, and any other resume, cover letter, or freeform text you include.
  • Information You Provide: If you specifically provide us with information (e.g., your email address), we may use it for the described purposes. We do not link this information to your wallet address, IP address, or other personal data. You do not need to provide personal data to use the Services.
