Hyperlane Route Challenges
We faced notable challenges with our Hyperlane Route development. While we aimed to innovate and push boundaries, some routes proved more difficult than expected, while others achieved partial success but didn’t meet our long-term requirements.
- The Yield Route proved far more complex than initially anticipated, presenting significant roadblocks that slowed our progress.
- The Native Route was successfully completed (as outlined in our September/October roadmap), but the resulting smart contracts didn’t align with our long-term goals for scalability and efficiency.
A New Direction: Forking Aerodrome Finance
Given these challenges, we’re taking a bold new step: forking Aerodrome Finance to power our MetaDEX.
